Disclosures

Date: 29 March 2019

The following is my list of disclosures so that any conflicts of interest are public. The ideas and beliefs I post on this site are mine and not necessarily those of my employer, my church, or any other organization.

Employment

I am currently employed by Adams State University.

Religion

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I often post articles discussing or referencing my religious beliefs. Those beliefs mine and are the not necessarily those of the Church itself.

Politics

I consider myself libertarian with conservative leanings and my posts are written from that perspective. Until 10 September 2015, I was a registered Republican and was semi-active in the local party. I sometimes write about politicians and candidates but I am not paid to do so by any politician or campaign.

From 12 February 2011 until 6 May 2011, I was chairman of the Alamosa County Republican Party.

Paid Promotions/Affiliate Programs

I am not paid by any person or organization to post content espousing one view or another. If I am ever paid to do so, I will point that out.

Miscellaneous

I have written a number of publications for Packt Publishing.

I occasionally have the opportunity to promote products on a stream or in a video. That list, such as it is, is below. It is also noted in the video itself.
